5. International Shipping:

Returns & Exchanges

 

1. Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

2. Return Process:

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

4. Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team at info@euphoric-online.com

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@euphoric-online.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs:

For domestic returns, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
