1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a range of sizes to accommodate different body types. Our standard sizes at the moment range from SMALL to LARGE. Please refer to our size guide for specific measurements to find the best fit.

 

2. How do I know what size to order?

We recommend using our size guide, which provides detailed measurements for each size. If you're between sizes or unsure, consider the fit you prefer (e.g., relaxed or snug). If you would prefer something more snug and fitted then we recommend going one size down to your normal size. You can also contact our customer service team for personalised advice.

 

3. What materials are your clothes made from?

Our clothing is made from high-quality materials, including 100% Pima cotton, scuba fabric. Each product page includes specific details about the fabric and care instructions.

 

4. How should I care for my Euphoric clothing?

We recommend following the care instructions on the garment label. Generally, most of our items can be machine washed in cold water and we do not recommend you tumble dry our garments. Avoid using bleach and ironing directly on any logos or embellishments.

 

5. Do you offer international shipping?

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

8. How long does it take to process a return?

9. Can I exchange an item?
